Al's VW Racing Headers
Al's Headers for VW 4 cylinder racing engines are designed for maximun horsepower and torque. Classic 4 into 1 merge header design has been dyno tested for peak performance.
Thick exhaust port flanges, and reinforcement gussets to prevent vibration cracking in critical pipe to flange areas. Megaphone support and welded on supertrapp bell included.
Quality Silver Ceramic coating finish to help extract exhaust and improve engine performance and appearance. These are premium race quality headers that are made in the USA.

Reccomendations:
Use 1 3/8" headers for class 1/2-1600 and 5-1600 limited class motors with High Compression.
Use 1 1/2" headers for class 9 or 1600 limited class motors with Low Compression
Use 1 5/8" Headers for large displacement VW engines, 2000cc and up.
