Shipping Information.
Most orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delayed. If a product is not available to ship immediately it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as it becomes available. If we encounter a delay in your order we will make every effort to give you notification.
Custom order products or specialty items that are made to order may require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufactures production schedule and location.
Shipping Methods.
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day services are available at additional cost. Large, heavy or items that require special handling are subject to additional charges. All shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states. For shipping outside this area, please contact us for proper rates.
Please verify correct shipping address information prior to order submission to ensure quickest possible delivery. Shipping re-directs due to incorrect information is at customer expense.
International Orders.
We do not accept online orders placed from outside the United States. Please contact us by phone or e-mail on how to place your international order.
Shipping Damage…
All products we ship are carefully packed and leave here in good condition. Goods that are damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Check your shipment upon receipt. If your items are damaged, notify carrier immediately. Save all packing materials and paperwork for carrier inspection.
Returns…
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem with your order. We make every effort to send you the correct parts, but mistakes do occur and we want you to be satisfied with your transaction.
When contacting us please have your invoice number ready so we can review your order details.
Race Ready Products accepts returns on all new merchandise. Return parts cannot be damaged or installed in any manner and must be in the original packaging including manuals, instructions, and a copy of the original invoice. Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes any labor or installation charges, shipping or any other charges. All return parts must be sent freight prepaid. All return items must be received within 30 days of purchase to receive full reimbursement. After 30 days from invoice date: store credit only, less any restock fees. After 60 days of invoice date: no refunds or store credit.
These provisions exclude Special Order items, electrical components, ignition components, or wheels which have been mounted.
Warranty…
All items sold by Race Ready Products website are intended for racing purposes and have NO WARRANTY whatsoever. Race Ready Products makes no written, oral, expressed or implied statement of warranty or guarantee on any product sold. Race Ready Products will not assume liability for personal or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell, whether on the street or on the race racetrack. Purchase and or use of these products implies recognition of this warranty and disclaimer by customer.
Pricing…
Every effort is made to ensure pricing is up to date, accurate and error free as possible, mistakes do happen. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in content or pricing.
